摘要：O presente artigo propõe-se a explicitar a posição e as possíveis contribuições do filósofo Ernst Tugendhat ao debate contemporâneo sobre vontade livre e determinismo. Nesse sentido, o texto é estruturado em duas partes: [i] a primeira parte desenvolve a estrutura do “relacionar-se consigo mesmo” de Tugendhat, constructo este que possibilita articular a noção de liberdade no ser humano; para, então, [ii] situar tal proposta no debate contemporâneo a partir de uma discussão com autores como R. Chisholm, R. Kane, H. Frankfurt, P. Strawson e E. Stein.
其他摘要：The current paper has the purpose to explain the position and the possible contributions of the philosopher Ernst Tugendhat on the contemporary debate about free will and determinism. The paper has the following structure: [i] the first part develops Tugendhat’s structure of the “relationship to one own self”, a constructus that makes possible articulate the notion of freedom in the human being; [ii] the second part situates this purpose in the contemporary debate through a discussion between authors such as R. Chisholm, R. Kane, H. Frankfurt, P. Strawson and E. Stein.
