摘要：Through the last decade the telematic services of information that use the World Wide Web (WWW) as communication channel have turned into fundamental tools for the institutional information. Technologies to compile informative resources for the construction of electronic directories are strongly requested. The aim of this article is to introduce in the process of construction of the subjects gateways, a methodology based on bibliometric principles that facilitates the tasks of compilation of resources distributed on the Internet.
