摘要：In the context of poverty, economic instability, unemployment affects more people, there are situations / temptations which apparently legal answering gains can be fast without working hard. The immediate result is in a state of danger to public morals and social life relationships. We aimed to present the investigation of the crime of pimping which often is related to the crime of prostitution and human trafficking through an interdisciplinary approach of criminal law and criminology. I see the point of the first part of the article briefly present the constitutive elements of the offense, it is an article that addresses international readership and thus give them the opportunity to become acquainted with the Romanian legislation. The aim of the research is on the one hand to show the differences in light pimping crime Criminal Code of Romania into force (February 2013) and vision legislator in the new Criminal Code of Romania and secondly to highlight which features forensic investigation the offense, often complex and difficult due to enlargement investigation of an offense of procuring the first step to prostitution and trafficking networks, trans.
