摘要：The article describes the results of introduction of information and communication technologies to improve the informatization level of educational and administrative activity of higher educational institutions. The modular informative system of university is offered on the basis of freely distributed open software. The experience of development and practical use of the automatic information system "Electronic University" of Khmelnytsky National University is analysed. The innovative educational process control contributes to optimization of educational process and quality training of specialists.
