摘要:The competency approach in education and the need for adequate assessment by trained professionals put challenge of developing performance models for students and professionals. Examines two approaches to building a competency model. First — a functional analysis of necessary activities, and on this basis, the isolation of the necessary competencies. The second — a particular observation (usually the best) specialist in the workplace during work with a professional recording of all aspects of his activity (behavior). On the example of the formation of IT specialists profiles the approach to simplify and automate the construction of a professionals competency model is considered. The proposed approach can help dynamically create, update, and implement a competency model with using network capabilities and expert resource of professional environment.
