摘要：In the article it is presented the results of the surveys of virtual electronic libraries functioning network, educational and research resources based on general education, higher education and research institutions of NAPS of Ukraine. There is considered the problem of classification and types of networks, the use of computer networks in education; highlighted the need to train users of digital libraries to work with information and Internet-technologies for their professional work with the resources of digital libraries as well as professional approach to safety and long-term preservation of digital resources in electronic storage libraries.
