摘要：Enabling students to make effective use of study opportunities is an increasingly important element in consideration of university resource provision. Universities are expected to identify the added value which higher education represents, both to public funding bodies and to clients, whether students, parents or employers. Maximizing study potential can facilitate, as well as demonstrate, the added value which higher education offers. Quality assurance processes have also increased the focus on the climate and provision of support for study.
