摘要：The present article intends to analyse what was called transpolitical thought and it’s relation with the overcoming of marxian analysis of ideology, on what keeps it’s criminological interest to the legitimation of punitive system by social defense. In the end, the article intends to offer an analysis concerned to the contemporary criminology in a psychic economy of perversion.
