Behavior and free life stylehave made this case accelerate boisterous in Indonesia. According to National Commission data ofHandling AIDS to show, that on year 1987, amount of patient of AIDS in Indonesia still five case. Inspanning time 10 year, only increasing to become 44 case. But since 2007, case of AIDS suddenleap to become 2.947 case and period of June 2009 mounting till eight times fold, becoming 17.699case. Of amount, which pass away reach 3.586 people. Human Immunodeficiency Virus (HIV) isirus causing disease of Acquired Immunodeficiency Syndrome ( AIDS).Many people believe that disease of AIDS are caused by factors of humans behavior. That isbehavior of itself human being. Behavioral of free sex, bisexual, flitting couple, especially of HIV /AIDS, and all these very influenced by weakening of norms going into effect on society. Therefore,for prevention to this disease, require to entangle all element, needed commitment all of elements.Involvement of various of elements are expected can overcome of psychological problems.Understanding of the right of about AIDS is required to be overspread. The fact that is AIDS havebecome chronic disease, which is must be controlled and will give expectation at society and patientof HIV / AIDS, that patient of AIDS can enjoy the quality of better of life.Keywords : HIV/AIDS, MDG’s, Human Behavior, Norms
