摘要：Este artigo tem por objeto as teorias possessórias. Para tanto foram analisadas as teorias clássicas da posse de Savigny e Jhering e a partir daí buscamos três outros autores os quais entendemos ter contribuído para o atual estado da arte da posse, a saber: Silvio Perozzi, Raymond Saleilles e Hernandez Gil.
