摘要：A rede temática européia “Polifonia” foi desenvolvida entre 2004 e 2007, iniciada e coordenada pela European Association of Conservatories (AEC). Quatro grupos de trabalho deste projeto engajaram-se com o processo do Polifonia Tuning (questões de transparência no processo de Bolonha), educação pré-universitária, o terceiro ciclo (programas de doutorado) e as “Tendências e mudanças na profi ssão do músico europeu”. As refl exões a seguir foram proferidas durante a conferência anual da AEC em Estrasburgo, França, em novembro de 2007. Durante o evento os resultados do Projeto Polifonia foram apresentados pelos coordenadores do grupo de trabalho. Nesta ocasião, Rineke Smilde, vice-coordenadora do grupo sobre Profi ssão, apresentou um quadro qualitativo das tendências e mudanças na profi ssão do músico atual, como um dos resultados do grupo de trabalho.
其他摘要：The European thematic network “Polifonia” was developed between 2004 and 2007 and was initiated and coordinated by the European Association of Conservatories (AEC). Within this project four working groups were engaged with the Tuning process (issues of transparency within the Bologna process), pre-college education, the third cycle (doctorate programmes) and “Trends and changes in the European music profession”. The refl ections below were given during the annual conference of the AEC, which took place in Strasbourg, France, in November 2007. During this conference the outcomes of the Polifonia project were presented by the chairs of the working group. Rineke Smilde, co-chair of the working group on the Profession, gave on this occasion a qualitative portrait of the trends and changes in the current music profession, as one of the outcomes of the working group.
