摘要：As the result of progress in the research on developing mechanisms against corruption, this paper presents an alternative for citizen oversight committees to organize using a system that involves their administrative, control and associative structure. This system enables citizen oversight committees to operate in coordination from the implementation and development stages. It is applicable to citizen oversight committees in neighborhoods, cities and departments, and even at a national level.
