摘要:Public administration has always shown some concern about the training of their employees. So throughout this article we have discussed training plans for 2004 were five Spanish Institutes of Public Administration, but only made reference to five variables: the characteristics, timing, target, requirements and selection, and the subjects of the training activities. So, through the SPSS software can cross these variables, so that we could determine which way is taking the training policy of these institutions and, therefore, to find out if it saves some sort of connection with an attempt of modernization and professionalization, or although, by contrast, is a scheduled policy without a clear objective.
