摘要：El presente documento corresponde a una exposición del autor en la 39° conferencia de Latin American Studies Association (LASA) en la cual se reflexiona sobre las enseñanzas que dejó el terremoto que afectó a Chile en febrero del 2010 para perfeccionar la acción del Estado ante desastres futuros, en Chile y América Latina.
其他摘要：This document corresponds to a paper presented at the XXIX conference of the Latin American Studies Association (LASA), and offers some lessons resulting from the 2010 earthquake in Chile. The central focus is on improving State action in the face of future disasters, in Chile and Latin America.
