摘要：The author presents a series of historical and juridical arguments tending to establish the possibility of bending to Peru, to the bicentenary celebrations that exist in other nations of America. The mentioned above is held by the author to criticize the dominant interpretation, which places the celebration of the Bicentennial of Peru on July 28,2021, date on which the independence was proclaimed by José de San Martín in Lima, omitting the governing body which was established in the city of Cuzco in 1814-1815, chaired by Chief Mateo García Pumacahua.
