摘要:The purpose of this study is to develop a framework for public sector organizations to assess their performance. By implementing this framework the organization will become more citizen centric while they will be able to specifically identify areas of improvement. This study methodology utilizes an extensive literature search to identify key performance areas. These areas then will be further refined using an expert focus group. The model will undergo several refining cycles moving forward along with each implementation stage. After the initial refinement stage, it was able to identify 8 distinctive performance areas which are namely These are; Customer, Finance, HR, and Internal Processes, Culture, Governance, Leadership, and Strategy & Structure.
