摘要：The Brazilian legal system has been facing deep modifications recently aiming at the effectiveness of the process. The binding abridgement, in this context, represents the influence of the great legal systems. The sentences, as a consequence, become a source of the legal system. Although these modifications are mostly applied to the constitutional area, the improvement of the obligatory mechanism and the expansion to the other superior courts will be able to bring the aimed effectiveness of the process.
