摘要:This work examines the limits and possibilities of education into prison for the dignity of prisoners struggling against historical determinism of the prison system. The text deals with the current policy of education in prisons in Brazil, linking them with the new paradigms of public safety in the country, especially the new national guidelines for the provision of prison education published by the National Council for Criminal and Penitentiary Policy and the National Education Council.
