摘要：The production of scientific publications with a creative design focused on the Internet in the Amazon has been expanding in the face of new information technologies, especially through the internet database. In this context, in 2010 constitutes in the web the Revista Mutações (E-ISSN 2178-7018). It is published biannually, coordinated by teachers of Ufam of Parintins, a city located in east central portion of the Brazilian Amazon. The hosting bases occurred via the Brazilian Institute of Information Science and Technology (Ibict), which combines online magazines. It is observed that the operationalization of the submission system Ibict generated some difficulty for users, although it is self-explanatory. In action research, it is concluded that there is a lack of familiarity and skill against publications that make use of new technologies.
