摘要：It addresses issues related to the process of retrieving information identifying barriers to the use of communication channels with a focus on legal, terminology and efficiency, highlighting the informational barriers encountered by the user in the process of information search. This work was performed through an exploratory research literature, using two sets of bibliographic sources: books and articles. Through this literature review it is proposed that libraries make available training for the user perceives the system to search or in the same unit, thus enable more effective access to their information services. It was concluded that the libraries (information units) have to pay attention to what your goal is to provide and meet the information needs of users by offering a system for efficient retrieval of information seeking remedy barriers effectively.
