摘要：Trata-se de pesquisa sobre estágio curricular baseada na percepção dos estagiários e de seus supervisores, na qualidade das políticas organizacionais voltadas aos programas de estágio e, também, na integração com as disciplinas pela visão dos professores do curso de Bacharelado em Biblioteconomia da Universidade Federal do Estado do Rio de Janeiro (UNIRIO). Com isso, o perfil do estágio ideal, constituído pelos grupos envolvidos, deve ser o indicador da melhor instituição para se estagiar em Biblioteconomia. O estágio curricular faz parte da formação profissional e está amparado por legislação e instrumentos acadêmicos que apóiam a participação dos estudantes. Todavia, poucos estudos analisam qualitativamente o processo e as relações aí gerados. Baseia-se em metodologia de levantamento e coleta de dados através de formulários de caráter qualitativo. Tem por objetivo favorecer a integração comunicativa entre estudantes e professores do Curso de Biblioteconomia da UNIRIO bem como dos profissionais que atuam nas instituições concedentes de estágio em Biblioteconomia. Por fim, a pesquisa deve promover junto as empresas a adoção de práticas de estágio que cumpram a legislação e valorizem a formação, buscando complementar o aprendizado dos estagiários e orienta-los para o mercado.
其他摘要：It is treated of research on curricular apprenticeship based in the trainees' and their supervisors perception, in the quality of organizational politics concerning the apprenticeship programs, and also, in the integration with the disciplines seen by teachers of Librarianship Course of Universidade Federal do Estado do Rio de Janeiro (UNIRIO). With that, the profile of the ideal apprenticeship, constituted by the involved groups, should be the indicator of the best institution to work as a trainee in Librarianship. The curricular apprenticeship is part of the professional formation and aided by legislation and academic instruments that support the students' participation. However, few studies analyze qualitatively the process and the relationships generated. The data were collect through forms of qualitative character. It aims to promote the communicative integration between students and teachers of the Course of Librarianship of UNIRIO as well as of the professionals that act in the concessive institutions of work as trainee. Finally, the research should motivate in the companies the adoption of apprenticeship practices that you/they accomplish the legislation and value the formation, looking for the complementation of the trainees' learning, and guide them to the market.
