摘要：Este trabalho é fruto de uma parceria entre o Departamento de Ciência da Informação da UFPB e o SEBRAE-PB. Tem como objetivo a identificação, análise e transferência do conhecimento produzido por pesquisadores, professores e alunos da Universidade Federal da Paraíba (UFPB), que se enquadrem dentro das áreas temáticas de interesse do SEBRAE, visando sua disponibilidade via Biblioteca On Line SEBRAE. Nesta etapa adotou-se como percurso metodológico: a) Seleção das áreas do conhecimento (Administração, Biblioteconomia/Ciência da Informação, Finanças e Contabilidade e Economia); b) Levantamento da produção científica; c) Identificação, localização e permissão dos autores; d) Digitalização dos documentos impressos; e) Depósito na Biblioteca. Nas áreas analisadas identificaram-se, além da literatura cinzenta, artigos de periódico, capítulo de livros, publicações seriadas etc. Verificou-se, ainda, que o maior número de documentos advém de professores/pesquisadores/discentes vinculados aos Programas de Pós-Graduação stricto sensu e lato sensu do Centro de Ciências Sociais Aplicadas. A visibilidade da produção científica foi fator decisivo para a concordância dos autores permitirem a disponibilização dos documentos na Biblioteca. Dessa forma, a Universidade transfere o conhecimento/tecnologia produzidos para o setor produtivo e este passa a ter acesso à informação organizada e tratada, possibilitando sua transformação em insumo e vantagem competitiva. Conclui-se que a Biblioteca On Line SEBRAE configura-se como um repositório responsável pela gestão da informação e do conhecimento para as Pequenas e Médias Empresas (PMEs) brasileiras.
其他摘要：This work conception is the identification, analysis and transfer of the knowledge produced by researchers, lecturers and students of the Federal University of Paraíba (UFPB), framed inside of thematic areas of interest of SEBRAE, looking make available in SEBRAE’s On Line Library. This first phase is restricted to the Center of Social and Applied Sciences (CCSA). In this stage the following methodological course was adopted: the) Selection of the following areas of knowledge (Management, Librarianship/Information Science, Finances and Accounting and Economy); b) Survey of the scientific production; c) Identification, location and authors' permission; d) Digitalization of printed documents and e) Deposit in the Library. In the analyzed areas, besides the gray literature, was identified scientific communications presented in national and international events, newspaper goods, chapter of books, journal articles etc. It was still verified that the largest number of documents came from lecturers/researchers/students linked to the Post-Graduation Programs, stricto sensu and lato sensu. The reports emitted by the SEBRAE’s On Line Library, appointed for the following partial data: Management (35%) of the documents, Finance and Accounting (32%), Economy (21%), Librarianship/Information Science (12%). The authors' opportunity to give visibility to their production was a factor that stimulated them to authorize the availability in the Library, contributing to the University to transfer the knowledge/technology produced for the productive section and this to have access to organized and treated information making possible its transformation in input and competitive advantage. It is ended that the SEBRAE’s On Line Library has been configured as a responsible interface for the information and knowledge management for the Brazilian Small and Medium Firms (PMEs).
