摘要:The objective of this study was to empirically investigate the impact of owner psychological and non psychological factors on entrepreneurial orientation collectively in Pakistan with special reference to Khyber Pakhtunkhwa province. Data was collected through questionnaire from samples of two hundred and nineteen respondents by using stratified random sampling method. Questionnaires were distributed among members registered with different chambers of commerce and industry in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa province of Pakistan. Multiple regressions and correlations were used to measure the influence and relationship between the dependent (entrepreneurial orientation) and independent variables (psychological and non psychological factors) due to the continuous nature of data. A positive relationship between the dependent and independent variables was found and the results of all hypotheses were in expected direction. Empirically the role of psychological is more influencing as compare to non psychological factors as well as is highly correlated at a 0.05 level of significance.Key words: Psychological factors; Non psychological factors; Entreprenruial orientation
