摘要：The difficult employment of college graduates is a fundamental issue, in relation to individual future, college development and social harmony. Five dimensions of efforts should be made to work together to support colleges students with employment difficulties by giving full play to the leading role of the government; performing the central role of colleges; relying on enterprises and social organizations; developing the main role of students and boosting the role of families.
