摘要：ResumenEl presente artículo se propone como objetivos analizar las representaciones de los docentes en torno a las migraciones y la pobreza e indagar acerca de las potencialidades del rol de la escuela dentro del arco de posibilidades que le permitirían ubicarse como espacio de discriminación o integración de la diversidad. Las preguntas que recorren este trabajo son ¿cómo se concretan en actos discursivos las representaciones que los docentes tienen acerca de sus alumnos? ¿Qué sucede en la escuela cuando la diversidad se hace visible? ¿Cómo asumen los docentes estas diferencias y en qué medida se traducen en desigualdades? Utilizaremos los datos producidos en el marco del proyecto UBACyT del que ambas autoras forman parte. El mismo se ha planteado un tratamiento cualitativo de la temática, por lo que las estrategias de recolección, producción y análisis de datos son de este orden. The questions- problems that cross this work are: How do take shape on the speech acts the teachers´ representations about their students? What does happen at school when the diversity becomes evident? How do the teachers manage these differences and how are they translated in inequalities? We will use the data produced within the framework of the UBACyT project where both authors are working in. It has considered a qualitative treatment of the thematic one, reason why the strategies of researching, production and analyses of data are qualitative too.
