This research integrates the “National Observatory of Special Education ” (Oneesp), which focuses the production of integrated studies on policies and practices directed to school inclusion issues and the evaluation of national program "Multifunctional Resource Classes" (SRM), referring to the implementation of specialized educational services (AEE). The purpose was to conduct an investigation seeking to describe and discuss the existing Brazilian scientific production on specialized educational services. For this, we’ve performed articles bibliographic review and consulted SciELO (Scientific Electronic Library Online) and LILACS (Latin American and Caribbean Health Sciences) databases. 19 articles were selected and the results description was developed based on qualitative and quantitative analysis. The results showed that most articles are concerned with describing specialized educational services operational functioning, and that the most studied subjects were students with cerebral palsy and visual impairment. There is a broader number of qualitative research and case studies. The most common location for carrying out researches were state’s public schools, the majority of research attendants were teachers, and the most used data collection tool was the interview.
