摘要:This article is the result of a doctoral research about the tension between some knowledge produced around the Physical Education (PE) and those produced in the religious ambit. The study has constituted on an ethnography realized in a public school in the city of Campinas, SP. It was selected five evangelical girls, belonging to classes of high school. The objective was to understand the way these girls relate with what the church teaches, with other ways to manage the body, who learns outside the religious ambit, and which extent to the PE carry out a role of tension in this relation.
