摘要：This document will describe an implementation of a closed Mobile Tracking System which can be used with Android devices but can be extended to any platform. A user is able to setup the system and permanently receive location updates from his tracked devices. The system is completely secured and it sends transparent location updates. It can be used in many ways. As a Proof of Concept the system will be implemented over a Car Fleet Tracking example.
