摘要：Deeds by the so-called "cohabitation" contrary to the intrinsic value of life in the life of society itself.Values that live in the life of the community believes that living with the opposite sex and adult alike should be tied by marriage.Marriage is "sacred bond" (containing sanctity), which became the foundations of the spiritual and physical welfare families in the language of Islam as a family "sakinah, mawadah and affection/ mercy".These laws need to protect the "sanctity" of marriage to criminalize cohabitation.
