摘要：A forty-five year male with previous medical history of psoriasis, hypothyroidism presents to the emergency room for fever, swelling and redness of his right knee for the past two days. He reports he has also been having some chills, and he has a fever to 101 Fahrenheit. He says he woke up with the pain two days back and noticed swelling, redness and excruciating pain on movement of his knee. He reports camping with his family two days prior and probable trauma to his knee.
