摘要：O artigo tem como objetivo apresentar uma contribuição da Antropologia da Ciência à Educação Ambiental. Para tanto, discute a dicotomia objeto-sujeito à luz da noção de simetria entre natureza e cultura, tal como apresentada por Bruno Latour. A principal conseqüência desta discussão é a possibilidade de estabelecer em bases epistemológicas um diálogo entre os sistemas de conhecimento popular e científico sobre a natureza e a saúde. No campo educacional, essa discussão se traduz na possibilidade de formulação compartilhada por especialistas e comunidade de ações que visam minimizar a variedade de problemas socioambientais locais.
其他摘要：The objective of this article is to present a contribution of Science Anthropology to Environmental education discussing the subject-object dichotomy in the light of the concept of symmetry between nature and culture, such as presented by Bruno Latour. The main consequence of this discussion is the possibility of establishing a dialogue between popular and scientific knowledge systems on nature and health. In the educational field this discussion translates itself in the possibility of specialists and community sharing formulation actions aiming at decreasing the variety of local socioenvironmental problems.
