摘要：This article proposes to analyze, through a comprehensive view, the context, priorities, epidemic dada and the public policy demands for adolescents. Drug consumption, consumptive behavior, and violence are relevant exploited topics. The article reviews the challenges related to the organization of a net between sectors of a whole attention focused in permanent education aiming diminish the adolescent‘s vulnerability and open spaces for citizenship practices.
