摘要:This is an action research, focusing on a continuing education (CE) project, named Rede de/em Formação (Net on CE and information), which involved Physical Education teachers from the State Education System in the Greater Florianópolis/SC, Brazil. The CE project had as the basic concept the collaborative model, after diagnosis of the teacher’s educational reality. The project occurred in two phases: the first, Teacher’s education, aimed at a theoretical-reflexive understanding of the diagnosed problems and, the second, Pedagogical consulting, had the purpose of developing and following the intervention proposals in the teacher’s educational contexts. Therefore, we presented, discussed and analyzed the proposals created within the resistance and challenges of continuing education.
