摘要：Este artigo tem como objetivo relatar a experiência do Programa de Promoção da Acessibilidade Virtual, do Campus Virtual da Universidade do Sul de Santa Catarina – UnisulVirtual, que oferece cursos de graduação e pós-graduação na modalidade a distância. A UnisulVirtual tem como missão oferecer um serviço educacional de qualidade, sob a premissa da cidadania e educação inclusiva e criar condições igualitárias de acesso ao conhecimento das pessoas com deficiência e necessidades educacionais específicas de forma inclusiva. Sob esta premissa e para atender a lei de Diretrizes e Bases da Educação Nacional – Lei no 9.394/96, ao se deparar com ingresso de alunos com deficiência, passa a pensar e investir no atendimento destas pessoas. A metodologia UV procura envolver não só aos alunos, mas como incorporar à cultura da UnisulVirtual a atenção aos direitos das pessoas com deficiência, de modo a promover a construção de um contexto cultural inclusivo e a mudança de atitude (acessibilidade atitudinal) com eliminação de preconceitos, estigmas, estereótipos e discriminação. E quanto aos resultados estes são qualitativos com o depoimento de alunos que recebem a mediação realizada pelo Programa de Promoção da Acessibilidade Virtual. Muitos são os desafios nas melhorias e qualificação quanto às necessidades educacionais específicas no ensino superior, mas entendemos que a promoção da acessibilidade em caráter educacional apresenta-se como facilitador e flexibilizador do modelo educacional pouco flexível. E a principal delas trata da mudança de atitude que está diretamente relacionada com o espaço da subjetividade do singular e plural. Concluiu-se com esta análise que faz-se necessário a conscientização da universidade e todos que a compõem em desenvolver mecanismos de aprendizagem para alunos com deficiência.
其他摘要：The purpose of this article is to present the experience of the Program for the Promotion of Virtual Accessibility at the Virtual Campus of the University of Southern Santa Catarina – UnisulVirtual, which offers undergraduate and graduate distance education courses. The mission of UnisulVirtual is to offer a quality educational service, based on the principles of citizenship and inclusive education and to create equalconditions for access to knowledge for people with disabilities and specific educational needs in an inclusionary manner. With this premise, and to comply with the Law for the Guidelines and Foundations of National Education – Law no 9.394/96, by dedicating itself to the entrance of students with special needs, the university beginsto consider and invest in serving these people. The methodology used by the Virtual University considers not only how to involve the students, but also how to incorporate care for the rights of people with special needs to the culture at UnisulVirtual, to promote the construction of an inclusionary cultural context, and to change attitudes (attitudinal accessibility) through the elimination of prejudice, stigmas, stereotypes and discrimination. The results of the study are qualitative, including the statements of students who received the mediation conducted by the Virtual Accessibility Promotion program. There are many challenges to improvements and qualifications as well as specific needs in higher education, but we understand that the promotion of accessibility in education helps to facilitate and make more flexible a rigid educational model. The central element is the change in attitude that is directly related to the space of singular and plural subjectivity. The study concludes that it is necessary to raise awareness among all those involved in the university culture about the importance of developing learning mechanisms for students with special needs.
