摘要：Este artigo busca discutir como as reformas educacionais estão viabilizando ações organizacionais e pedagógicas nos nossos sistemas de ensino e indagar sobre a capacidade delas darem conta da inclusão do conjunto de seus alunos. Para tanto contextualiza o movimento das reformas e recoloca o debate da inclusão/exclusão social no contexto educacional.
其他摘要：This article seeks to debate how the educational reforms are making possible pedagogical actions in our education systems, and it arises some questions about the capacity of those actions to include all of the students. For this, it is necessary to situate the historical context of the reforms and discussions of the social inclusion/exclusion in the educational context.
