摘要：This article discusses racism as an effect of looking in a dual sense: in how we recognize the other as a mirror of ourselves, and consequently, the ambivalent affects that they have on us; and on that which they cause to translate in terms of the practices of discipline to which we are historically subject. Therefore, the thesis defended is that the practices of normalization to which the nonnormal are submitted are maintained and are reproducible, because they put into action a set of psychic mechanisms in us that which conform to them.
