摘要：Este artigo apresenta o processo de constituição do Programa Institucional de Apoio à Inclusão de Pessoas com Deficiência na UNIOESTE. O programa foi instituído em 1997 e tem conseguido avançar no processo de inclusão, propiciando já na época do vestibular, a constituição de bancas especiais, de ledores para cegos e intérprete de LIBRAS e computadores com sistema DOSVOX. Para atender o acadêmico na universidade, produz material didático adaptado, garante intérprete de LIBRAS em sala de aula e tem se consolidado por meio da participação em discussões com outras entidades de pessoas com deficiência e universidades estaduais do Paraná.
其他摘要：This article discusses the process of the constitution of the Institutional Program of Support to the Inclusion of People with Special Needs at UNIOESTE. The program was instituted in 1997 and has been able to advance in the inclusionary process, offering at the time of the college entrance exam, the formation of special review committees, of readers for the blind and interpreters of Sign Language (LIBRAS) and computers with the DOSVOX system. To serve university students, it produces adapted didactic material, guarantees Sign language interpretation in the classroom and has been consolidated as a means of participation in discussions with other entities for people with special needs at Paranás state universities.
