摘要：O artigo aborda a emergência da mobilização social e política de pessoas infectadas pelo HTLV, na década de 2000. Com fortes vínculos com o ativismo de HIV/Aids, pessoas com HTLV e seus grupos e organizações engendraram práticas sociais, discursos e identidades que contribuem para se pensar em termos teóricos e históricos sobre a questão das biossocialidades e da cidadania terapêutica. ABSTRACT This article approaches the emergence of the social and political mobilization of people infected by HTLV, throughout the 2000s. With strong links with the HIV/Aids activism, people with HTLV and their groups and organizations have engendered social practices, discourses, and identities which have contributed to understand the issues of biosocialities and therapeutic citizenship in theoretical and historical terms.
