摘要：This article examines the history and purpose of the First Nations Oil and Gas and Moneys Management Act, which enables the devolution of the management and regulation of oil and gas exploration to First Nations. The author provides an analysis of the Act's salient provisions and the prerequisites to accession to the oil and gas management and moneys regime.
