摘要：As transformações em curso, no ideário e na materialidade da sociedade capitalista, e suas repercussões no mundo laboral vêm levando a uma maior intensificação do trabalho,com hipersolicitação de tendões, músculos e articulações,notadamente das mulheres trabalhadoras, resultando em doenças enfeixadas na terminologia LER/DORT (Lesões por Esforços Repetitivos/Distúrbios Osteomusculares Relacionados ao Trabalho). Partindo do princípio de que a saúde do trabalhador constitui uma manifestação concreta da realidade sócio-econômica e política das relações de trabalho, com o dano à saúde enquadrado como uma das refrações da QUESTÃO SOCIAL, esta investigação, integrante de uma Dissertação de Mestrado, foi desenvolvida com o objetivo de apresentar trabalhadoras acometidas por LER/DORT e suas representações do processo de trabalho a que estavam sujeitadas e do Estado, em face da ideologia incidente sobre a problemática. Para tanto, fez-se necessária uma investigação que subsidiasse a discussão e análise, recorrendo a uma abordagem quali-quantitativa executada por meio de questionários e entrevistas aplicadas a um grupo de 18 mulheres trabalhadoras acometidas por LER/DORT. Os achados,tratados via análise de conteúdo de Bardin, apontam que as LER/DORT são determinadas pelo processo de trabalho no qual as trabalhadoras estão inseridas e que, diante das representações do trabalho e do Estado, bem como das construções ideológicas que atravessam tais apreensões, as trabalhadoras investigadas produzem idéias e representações que localizam sua condição de adoecimento/subordinação/exploração intermediada pelo processo produtivo danoso e pela ineficiência, morosidade e precarização do Estado.
其他摘要：In-course transformations on the fields of ideas and matter within capitalist society and their related outcomes upon the working world have been leading to a work intensification, which can be verified by extra demands on sinews, muscles and joints, mainly on female workers, resulting in called illnesses RSI (Repetition Strain Injury). This work rests upon the premise that workers health manifests, in a concrete manner, the political and socio-economic relationship of work, the damage to the health framed as one of the sequels of the Social Subject, this inquiry, integrant of a Master Dissertation, was developed with the objective to present workers attacks for RSI and its representations of the work process the one that were subjected and of the State, in face of the incident ideology on the problematic one. Aiming these objectives, an investigation which could support a discussion and an analysis, using a qualitative-quantitative approach done with questionnaires and interviews applied to a group of 18 female workers suffering from RSI was needed. The fruits of these activities, treated by Analysis of Content of Bardin, show that RSI is determined by the working process the workers take part; and that, on the face of emerged apprehensions, results of morbidity livings, on the face of disease causes and factors related to work, of representations on State, as well as ideological constructions that they cross all enumerated apprehensions, questioned female workers produce ideas and representations that they locate its condition of ilness/subordination/exploration intermediated for harmful the productive process and the inefficiency and weakness of the State.
