摘要：O presente artigo visa discutir o tema da Política de Reforma Agrária no Brasil e na Amazônia, destacando sua origem colonial, a herança fundiária, os marcos legislativos, dinâmicas sociais e variações econômicas que predominaram na disputa pela terra, além de ressaltar as principais tendências políticas atuais da reforma agrária, baseadas num determinado modelo de uso e comércio da terra, que produzem formas distintas de distribuição/concentração da terra.Coloca este quadro em contraste com a concepção de justiça social a partir da Constituição de 1988 e das concepções de reforma agrária produzidas no Brasil por grupos políticos e movimentos sociais.
其他摘要：This article aims to discuss the issue of Land Reform
Policy in Brazil and the Amazon, emphasizing its
colonial origin, heritage of the land structure, the
legislative frameworks, social dynamics and economic
fluctuations that prevailed in the struggle for land and
highlights the main current trends of land reform
policies, based on a particular model of land use and
trade, which produce distinct forms of distribution /
concentration of land. Put this picture in contrast with
the conception of social justice from the 1988
Constitution and the concepts of agrarian reform in
Brazil produced by political groups and social
movements.
