摘要：Discute-se, no presente artigo, a formação do conceitode sujeito de direito, na tradição e na história.Memória e história constroem-se na narrativa.Opensamento ricoeuriano sobre a construção narrativado sentido suporta a ideia da relação entre memória edireito, e por ela pode-se chegar à refiguração doconceito de sujeito de direito.O tempo humano secompreende na narrativa.Pensar no dizer e no dito nosdá o caminho das refigurações e reflexões sobre apermanente reconceituação e reconstrução crítica dasteorias.Só é possível pensar em um sujeito de direitona temporalidade e na espacialidade.Ricoeur nos dáesse caminho, na tríplice mimese, o que permitechegar a um conceito de sujeito histórico.Esse sujeitoabre-se a atribuições e responsabilidades nos planosético, político, comunitário.Permite-se assim aconstrução teórica necessária ao pluralismo jurídico.
其他摘要：It is argued in this article, the formation of the concept
of the subject of law, in tradition and history. Memory
and history are constructed in the narrative. The
thought of Ricoeur on the narrative construction of
meaning supports the idea of the relationship between
memory and right, and it can get to refigure the
concept of a right holder. The narrative permits the
understanding of Human´s time. Thinking saying and
said give us the path of reflections on the ongoing
reconstruction and a new conceptualization of critical
theories. It is only possible to think of a subject of law
in temporality and spatiality. Ricoeur give us the way,
on the triple mimesis, allowing on a historical subject
concept. This subject is opened to attributions and
responsibilities in the ethical, political and community
plans. In this context is formed the required theoretical
construction off legal pluralism.
