摘要：No estudo aqui empreendido, partimos dos modelos críticos e dos procedimentos teórico-metodológicos da abordagem que vincula literatura e sociedade, realçando a subalternização como marco teórico.Esse enfoque é fruto de nossas pesquisas no Núcleo de Teoria Literária – NETLI, na Universidade Regional do Cariri – URCA.Pretendemos, nestas linhas, analisar esteticamente a realidade social partindo do pressuposto de que na literatura ocorre “um fenômeno que se poderia chamar de formalização ou redução estrutural dos dados externos”, como teorizou Antonio CANDIDO (1970).O objeto sobre o qual lançamos luzes é o conto Negrinha de Monteiro Lobato.Partindo da construção do conceito de subalternidade, investigaremos o relacionamento entre a condição do negro no período escravagista, enquanto coisa, e a sua condição hodierna, enquanto “gente”.Outrossim, examinaremos tal conexão mediante a interferência da moralidade burguesa e, por conseguinte, refletiremos sobre quais os lugares ocupados prioritariamente pelos negros em nossa sociedade após 122 anos da edição da Lei áurea.Ademais, faremos um breve cotejo em alguns pequenos avanços contidos no Projeto de Lei do Senado Nº 213, de 2003 (substitutivo) de autoria do senador Paulo Paim (PT/RS).
其他摘要：In the study here undertaken, we start of the critical
models and the theoretician-methodological
procedures of the boarding that ties the literature and
society, enhancing the subordination as a theoretical
landmark. This approach is fruit of our research in the
Nucleus of Literary Theory – NETLI, in University
Regional of Cariri – URCA. We intend, in these lines,
to analyze the social reality aesthetic leaving of the
estimated one of that in literature a phenomenon
occurs “that if could call formalization or structural
reduction of the external data”, as Antonio CÂNDIDO
theorized (1970). The object on which we launch light
is the story “Negrinha” of Monteiro Lobato. Leaving
of the construction of the subordinate concept, we will
investigate the relationship enters the condition of the
black in the slavery period, while thing, and its
condition modernly, while “folk”. Still, we will
examine such connection by means of the interference
of bourgeois morality e, therefore, we will with
priority reflect on which the busy places for the blacks
in our society after 122 years of the edition of the “Lei
Áurea”. Still, we will make a briefing collation in
some small advances contained in the Project of Law
of the Senate Nº 213, of 2003 (substitute) of
authorship of the senator Paulo Paim (PT/RS).
