摘要：O presente artigo procurou investigar a dimensão temporal e narrativa das Constituições, tendo como fundamento uma leitura da teoria narrativa e política de Paul Ricoeur.Nesse caminho, aponta-se para a necessidade de se pensar as mudanças normativas dentro da história de uma comunidade política, inserindo-as numa trama jurídico-narrativa que liga passado, presente e futuro.Visa-se, com isso, fundamentar uma crítica consistente e embasada em relação à aceleração desenfreada dos ritmos das transformações das normas jurídicas, tão comum nos dias de hoje.
其他摘要：this paper seeked to investigate the temporal and
narrative dimension of the Constitutions, based upon a
reading of the narrative and political theory of Paul
Ricoeur. In this way, it points to the need of thinking
the legal changes within the history of a political
community, inserting them in a narrative-juridical
intrigue that links past, present and future. The aim is,
thus, establish a consistent and solid critique about
runaway acceleration of the rhythms of the changes of
the legal standards, so common nowadays.
