摘要：Dengue viruses types 1, 2, 3, and 4 can cause a mild infection of dengue fever (DF) and or a severe if not fatal dengue hemorrhagic fever (DHF) with or without the shock syndrome. All the four dengue virus serotypes are transmitted by mosquitoes. Aedes aegypti in urban areas and Aedes albopictus in rural areas. Remember that these Aedes group of mosquitoes are day-biting.
