摘要：This preliminary study was conducted to profile cases of selected environmental-related diseases such as dengue, leptospirosis, and rabies in the partner community-barangay of the School of Arts and Sciences. The study is descriptive and used a one-shot survey design using a content validated researchers' constructed instrument. Findings of this study will be used to propose recommendations to community officials and residents in the prevention and management of the diseases – the final part of the study.All household-respondents confirmed the presence of mosquitoes in the surrounding resulting to four (4) dengue cases, with three (3) cases among the ages of 1-10. Similarly, all respondents have observed the presence of rats but surprisingly no reported cases of leptospirosis occurred especially after typhoons. Finally, two (2) male members of a family and one (1) visitor have been reported bitten by dogs.Keywords: leptospirosis; dengue; rabies
