摘要：Resumen La formación cívico política supone la participación sociopolítica de emprendedores digitales como agentes de cambio. En la era de la información, la sociedad está conformada por esferas civiles que no solo buscan una mayor desregulación del Estado en los asuntos sociopolíticos; sino, buscar una mayor participación a medida que la burocracia se transforma. En este sentido, el emprendimiento digital es el primer proceso mediante el cual se establecerá una agenda pública que permitirá el debate, la construcción de acuerdos y la vigilancia de los consensos por parte de las esferas civiles. De este modo, el objetivo del presente trabajo es especificar un modelo de emprendimiento digital con el fin de poder delinear los ejes de discusión en torno a la formación cívico política. Para tal propósito, se realizó una investigación documental en las bases de datos de REDALYC, LATINDEX y DIALNET durante el periodo del 2010 al 2014. Abstract The formation civic politics supposes the participation sociopolitical of digital entrepreneurs as agents of change. In the age of the information, the company is shaped by civil spheres that not only look for a major deregulation of the State in the matters sociopolitical; but, to look for a major participation as the bureaucracy transforms. In this respect, the digital entrepreneurship is the first process by means of which there will be established a public agenda that will allow the debate, the construction of agreements and the vigilance of the consensuses on the part of the civil spheres. Thus, the aim of the present work is to specify a model of entrepreneurship foxglove in order the axes of discussion to be able to delineate concerning the formation civic politics. For such an intention, a documentary investigation fulfilled in the databases of REDALYC, LATINDEX and DIALNET during the period from 2010 to 2014.
