摘要：Desde el inicio de la formación profesional, las aproximaciones cualitativas han sido parte del plan de estudios del trabajo social y son un repertorio metodológico importante de su quehacer. En este artículo se sostiene que los instrumentos y técnicas utilizadas tradicionalmente para la intervención profesional, presentan importantes similitudes con algunas perspectivas de investigación cualitativa. Esto es especialmente válido en aquellas aproximaciones que involucran narraciones extensas y continuas, generadas por una sola y sugerente pregunta inicial. En esta investigación se analizan distintos repertorios que los profesionales utilizan en sus intervenciones sociales, con especial énfasis en aquellos acercamientos que se inician a partir de preguntas como: ¿A qué viene ...? ¿Qué necesita? o simplemente cuénteme ... Interrogantes que han permitido a los trabajadores sociales sumergirse en los relatos autobiográficos de los sujetos. Se presta atención particularmente a los repertorios que despliegan los profesionales vinculados al trabajo social, analizando sus intervenciones y los elementos que configuran su despliegue como enfoque de investigación. Se pone énfasis en las dinámicas de encuentro que se dan entre los participantes de este proceso y se analizan los alcances de este tipo de acercamiento que promueve una interacción cara-a-cara entre investigador y sujeto investigado. 其他摘要：From the beginning of professional training in social work, qualitative approaches to research have been represented in the curriculum, as they are an important element of the methodological repertoire. In this article, I argue that the instruments and techniques which traditionally have been used for professional social interventions mirror a number of qualitative research perspectives. This is especially true for those types of research which prompt extensive, continuous narratives and discourses initiated by a single research question. Research that yields continuous narratives has presented an analysis of the different professional repertoires used in social interventions and emphasizes approaches and perspectives that begin with questions such as: "Why are you coming?"; "What do you need?"; or, "Just tell me." These questions provide social workers with the opportunity to immerse themselves in individuals' autobiographical tales.In the following, I specifically analyze professional repertoires related to social assistance and interventions. This is done by interpreting the configurative elements and the interventions used by this approach. Emphasis is placed on the process dynamics between different participants simultaneously as I discuss the scope for this type of approach, which encourages a face-to-face interaction between the researcher and the individual.URN: http://nbn-resolving.de/urn:nbn:de:0114-fqs130229
