摘要：La región boyacense no es ajena a los efectos negativos del cambio del clima, generando problemas a la agricultura, sector económico que recibe el mayor impacto, por lo que es urgente desarrollar la Predicción Agrometeorológica (PA),con el fin de adoptar medidas que permitan reducir la vulnerabilidad del sector ante heladas, períodos largos de verano o de lluvias, etcétera. Por lo expuesto, el Grupo de Inteligencia Artificialde la Fundación Universitaria Juan de Castellanos GIA-JDC, plantea este proyecto científico para mejorar la precisión de los indicadores agrometeorológicos mediante el desarrollo de una metodología que incluya técnicas de Inteligencia Artificial (Minería de datos, lógica difusa y algoritmos genéticos). Este artículo presenta la primera fase, procurando exponer, dónde, cómo y cuándo se aplica la teoría más relevante de la obtención de conocimiento, y su incidencia en la metodología propuesta para el desarrollo de la investigación.
其他摘要：The region from Boyacá is not aside from the negative effects of the climate change which generate problems to the agriculture, economic sector that receives the biggest impact. For that reason it is urgent to develop the Agrometeorological Prediction (PA), in order to adopt measures that allow to reduce the vulnerability of the sector before icy, long periods of summer or rains, etc.. In this context, the Groupof Artificial intelligence of the University Juan of Castellanos GIA-JDC, outlines this scientific project to improve the precision of the agrometeorological indicators by means of the developmentof a methodology that includes Artificial intelligence techniques (data Mining, diffuselogic and genetic algorithms). This article shows the first phase of the work, trying to expose where, how and when to apply the most out standing theory in the obtaining of knowledge and its incidence in the proposed methodology for the investigation development.
