摘要：This document describes the process that was conducted to ascertain the information needs of actual and potential users of communities "Jardines Universitarios 1" y "Jardines Universitarios 2" attending the University Library Child "Miriam Alvarez Brenes" at the National University. It also presents the conclusions and recommendations generated by the study of users, as well as updated characterization of the target communities under study.
